Analysis of the transcription factor (TF) ORFeome associated with drought resistance in soybean

This study provides a highly annotated soybean TF-ORFeome, which contains information including experimentally verified protein-coding sequences (CDS), expression profiling under ABA and various abiotic stresses (droughts, salinity and dehydration), as well as computationally based protein subcellular localization, and cis-regulatory elements (CREs) analysis.
